How do I figure my grade? Not a math whiz! Lol!?

I’m trying to figure out what I need to make in order to pass my course. We have to have at least a 78 to pass the course. Here are the assignments we have and how much of a percentage they count for. I’ve already taken test one, and you will find grade below. Can someone pleeaassee help me figure this out.

Test 1: 10% Grade: 65
Test 2: 15%
Test 3: 15%
Test 4: 15%
Assignment: 10%
Final: 35%

So what I want to know is, what is the lowest I can get on each test in order to pass. I’m not a math whiz, but what I came up with is, if I make at lease a 78 on all tests, and an 87 on my assignment, I would end up with a 78 average in the end. Can somebody please help. Maybe provide the formula of how to compute it. Thanks!

Average for the remaining tests and assignment (x):
0.1(65) + 0.9x = 78
6.5 + 0.9x = 78
0.9x = 71.5
x = 715/9 or 79 4/9

Answer: 79 4/9

Average for the remaining tests if assignment is 87 (x):
0.1(65) + 0.1(87) + 0.8x = 78
6.5 + 8.7 + 0.8x = 78
0.8x = 62.8
2x = 157
x = 157/2 or 78 1/2

Answer: 78 1/2
