I’m going back to school after a long time from graduating and I need a good web site for math practice?

Esp. with fractions.

well, i have noticed that many public libraries have some algebra I, algebra II and pre algebra text books, or self help books

I would suggest starting with pre algebra books for help with fractions, then move to algebra I, but if you need to take some math at some point, make sure you have a firm understanding of algebra II.

I suggest you do the ALEKS program. www.highed.aleks.com, i think its about 30 dollars, but its a good program, it teachs you all the concepts and has good explinations, many colleges and universities use it, including my own.
